Handover is structural.

Measure in outcomes.
We do not measure ourselves in pilots launched, demos delivered, or features shipped. We measure ourselves in operational change, in P&L lines moved, in capabilities the customer now has that they did not have before.
Operate as we recommend.
We use Heart Beat Agents on our own infrastructure to run our own commercial and operational functions. We are the first customer of what we sell. The credibility of the platform is reinforced by the visibility of how it operates inside the company that builds it.
